"Termogama" LLC (single-member limited liability company) was founded in 1992 as a design and contracting company specializing in thermo-energy and thermotechnical engineering, with its headquarters in Kragujevac, the largest industrial city in Serbia.
Over the years, the company has grown into a powerful enterprise that has retained its core business in the design and installation of thermo-energy and thermotechnical systems, while expanding its activities to include consulting and project management, both in the domestic market and the regional market.
The company's primary resources are its employees, business partners, and an extensive list of successfully designed and executed projects. They possess all the necessary licenses, certified software, and required documentation for successful and competitive operations. We demonstrate our financial stability through competitive service offerings, aiming to achieve customer loyalty and positive recommendations.
The company structure is based on sectoral management, comprising two independent sectors: Technical and Commercial-Economic, led by Technical and Financial Directors under the supervision of the General Manager. The Technical Sector is responsible for project design, work execution, bidding, occupational health and safety, and all technical matters. The Commercial-Economic Sector manages financial operations, entrepreneurship, marketing, and client relations.
